Do you ever feel like, as a woman, you are expected to do it all, but instead you live your life feeling overwhelmed and in a constant state of stress?

Anxiety affects 40 million American adults every year. And women are twice as likely to experience an anxiety disorder during their lifetime. From my own experience with anxiety and panic, I know how debilitating it can be to feel so on edge and out of control. I can now say, I have learned that I am stronger than my anxiety (#anxietywarrior) and I no longer experience panic attacks. I am committed to helping other women, like me, realize they are not their anxious thoughts, and teach them how to harness the power within to conquer their anxiety and regain control in order to live a more fulfilling life.

I totally get it-you barely have enough time in the day to get everything done. Or maybe a health scare has you feeling like it is time to face the facts. After settling in and becoming comfortable in married life, this was me too. I was not happy, yet I did not know how to start or where to turn, let alone make healthy a habit. After a bit of trial and error, remaining healthy is now a part of who I am and I know I owe it to myself and to my loved ones to take care of me. I am passionate about helping women gain control of their health through the development of new habits that support a healthy lifestyle, and leaves them feeling energized, happier, and more comfortable in their skin, so that they may become the best version of themselves

But I am here to remind you-with this one life you are given, you owe it to yourself to follow your heart and live your life without the heaviness of ‘what if?’. I specialize in helping women discover what it is that lights them up, and then create a plan to ensure their life long day dreams become a reality.

‘All or nothing’ seems to be the way of the world sometimes. Change will always remain a constant in our lives, but that that doesn’t seem to make it any easier to deal with. Life changes often leave us feeling overwhelmed, confused, lost, and a bit frazzled. I know this is what I experienced after getting married & moving nearly 1,000 miles away from home shortly after completing graduate school, and also what I experienced in navigating living abroad for a year before returning to live in the states. What I’ve learned and want to help you successfully accomplish is how to not only make these transitions smoother, but how to do so without losing yourself in the chaos.
